THE BASICS
Vix is an aspiring director and trained actor based in London, Ontario. They have been taking acting-related classes and programs, taking "Action!" to build their skills as a director and artist since the start of high school.

CURRENT
Vix was recently at the ITOPA theatre in Ingersoll, Ontario. After the fun they experienced co-directing a Christmas comedy called Inspecting Carol by Daniel Sullivan during the December of 2025, Vix took on the role as director for their show of Daniel MacIvor's Bingo! in March of 2026. Now, Vix is looking for more local opportunities in directing or production!

EXPERIENCE
We're just getting started! Whether it's directing or acting in film, on the stage or voice acting, Vix finds fun and enjoyment in it all. At the beginning of 2025, they wrote and directed a short film called My NEURODi-Universe, which focuses on life in a neurodivergent brain. They recently played the role of Grimsditch in the play called Orlando by Sarah Ruhl, which was directed by Eris Thomas and run by the Fanshawe ATS Program. Vix was on stage for the entirety of the ~2 hour run of the play, which ran three times in one day. Additionally, Vix has practiced 2-hander scenes and monologue work, as well as directive an post-production work. Back in high school, they were also part of a student-run broadway. Vix was in this extra-curricular broadway twice, which was the length that they went to Lord Dorchester Secondary School.

EDUCATION
Vix first started Grade 9 at Lord Dorchester Secondary School by choosing a drama course elective, where they started growing out of their shell. The singular art teacher there introduced them to a bigger art school, so they switched over to H.B Beal Secondary School in Grade 11 to take the art program. They kept taking drama course electives by interest. By the end of Grade 12, Vix chose to take half a lap year to take two extra drama courses they missed out on. After going back for the two drama courses, they then enrolled at Fanshawe College for their recently created Acting For Screen and Stage program. During the program, they learned many acting methods and techniques, as well as optional directive skills. Now, Vix is graduated as a Fanshawe Alumni and is looking for more growing opportunities in the field.
